The flywheel fitness bike is designed specifically for club group training courses. By using a dedicated target training instrument with color light bar indicators, the efficiency and convenience of training for coaches and users can be improved.
-Five training objectives to balance personalized target intensity in group training: Traditional flywheel group training is only based on RPM or watts, but compared to advanced trainers, the general population often values calories, distance, or heart rate more. Innovative target training instrument design combines the above five target settings, providing users with the option to choose the training objectives they truly care about. In addition, through personalized goal setting in group courses, coaches can pre-set different training intensity goals, allowing users to experience the stimulation and mutual motivation effects of group training, while also taking into account personalized training intensity.
